The tungsten carbide nozzle designed for 1500-2000μm solder balls features an extremely thin wall thickness of 0.5mm (depth-to-diameter ratio of 1.43). This design overcomes deformation and cracking challenges in large-aperture nozzles, enabling zero-spatter precision spraying under high heat load conditions in electric vehicle and industrial power supply welding applications.
Processing Difficulties and Solutions
  • Thin-wall sintering deformation control:
