The testing center of Zhuzhou Sanxin Cemented Carbide Manufacturing Co., Ltd has a dust-free laboratory with a cleanliness level of 100. It is equipped with more than 20 advanced large-scale precision analytical test instruments and personnel with solid basic theory and rich practical experience. It operates in strict accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 “General Requirements of Laboratory Capabilities for Testing and Calibrating” and is accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
The chemical analysis laboratory, powder performance laboratory, metallographic physics laboratory, material mechanical property laboratory and electron microscope laboratory under the testing center can meet the analytical testing needs of cemented carbide, non-ferrous metal composite materials and high-purity metals.
Strict quality management system
In strict accordance with the ISO9001:2008 system for quality control, continuous improvement, perfect quality assurance circulation system, product quality and customer satisfaction can be guaranteed.
(1) Every batch of raw materials must undergo strict ingredients control before entering the factory, including testing content of total carbon, chemical carbon, oxygen, and other proportions of elements, Fischer's particle size, and bulk specific gravity. If there are any indicators that do not comply with the standard, the raw material would be returned to its supplier.
(2) Every batch of the mixture must be subjected to chemical analysis, including determination of Co content and determination of total carbon and oxygen. If there are any indicators that fail to comply with the standard, the mixture would be returned to the re-dosing system.
(3) Every batch of the mixture must undergo pressure test, sintering, and physical performances test and metallographic analysis, including density, hardness, strength, cobalt magnetic, coercive force, porosity, grain size, and metallographic structure testing. Batch pressing and sintering can only be carried out after successful pressure test.
(4) Detect the dimensional tolerance and deformation of the test block.
(5) The physical performances of every batch of products, including density, hardness, flexural strength, cobalt magnetic, coercive force, porosity, grain size, and metallographic structure, were tested after pressing and sintering.
(6) Every batch of molds and sheet products must be tested for flaw detection, and sand hole products are never allowed to leave the factory.
(7) Before the packaging, the size, accuracy and defects of every product shall be tested, and no unqualified products can be allowed to leave the factory.
We save each batch of analysis samples for 2 years and the analysis report for 5 years. We are able to track the raw material information according to the batch number of each batch of products.
