Precision Machining Process

The entire manufacturing process is completed in a constant-temperature, constant-humidity Class 10,000 cleanroom. The most critical ultra-precision machining phase utilizes a self-developed hydraulic suspension fixture system, eliminating micro-deformation caused by traditional mechanical clamping.

Quality Inspection

The quality inspection phase is exceptionally rigorous: Each product undergoes 12 inspection procedures, including coordinate measuring machine (CMM) measurements, white light interferometer surface analysis, and X-ray residual stress testing.
