Our tungsten steel valve stem is manufactured from premium YG10X carbide material through precision machining processes, designed for demanding industrial environments. This valve stem achieves industry-leading standards in coaxiality (≤0.002mm) and cylindricity (≤0.002mm), with the spherical head's profile tolerance controlled within 0.005mm, ensuring reliability and long service life in high-pressure, high-wear operating conditions.
Material Characteristics: YG10X Carbide
YG10X is an ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide-cobalt hard alloy with the following outstanding properties:
