Zhuzhou Sanxin provides custom tungsten steel mold production and processing services, specializing in non-standard guide hole tungsten steel blanking dies and cutting punches. We manufacture precision components according to customer specifications, including φ1.520 guide hole tungsten steel punch molds and D01 guide hole tungsten steel concave molds with dimensional accuracy requirements of 0/+0.002 and 0/-0.005.
Mold Components & Applications
The concave mold (cavity) forms the main outer surface of molded parts and can be installed on fixed or movable mold bases. Available in round and rectangular shapes with integral or insert-type structures, these molds feature flat or beveled cutting edges and work in conjunction with punches. Composite molds combine both punch and concave mold functions.
This tungsten steel mold series includes: small hole die inserts, ∅1.5 male die, ∅1.6 male die, guide hole male and female dies, shape cutting dies, blanking dies, shaping punches, and related components. All parts maintain precise position tolerances to meet dimensional matching requirements for high-precision applications.
