Carbide Core Pin Series High Precision Tungsten Carbide Insert Needles

This series of precision tungsten carbide insert needles includes specialized components for AR10 stator core stamping molds, BM-ST-2/3 measuring needles, and various other precision tungsten carbide needle types. The product line encompasses inner and outer rotor insert needles, forming needles, and measuring needles designed for diverse industrial applications.

Manufactured using advanced powder metallurgy technology, these tungsten carbide needles deliver exceptional performance characteristics including high strength, superior hardness, excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and minimal linear expansion coefficient.

The tungsten carbide insert needle features a diameter of φ1.39 with a total length of 89mm, maintaining tolerance requirements of ±0.002. The working section with diameter 1.600 must adhere to tolerance specifications of -0.005 to -0.01. All components are precision-customized according to mold equipment drawings.

Available in tungsten carbide grades including K20, K10, K30, or other specified high-quality carbide grades. Non-magnetic carbide materials can be produced for forming molds of magnetic materials, offering extended service life, superior wear resistance, and strong corrosion resistance.

Due to the high density and compact size of tungsten carbide processing products, we employ careful packaging protocols to minimize transit damage risks. Cemented carbide components are secured in robust boxes with professional sealing to ensure safe delivery. Packaging materials include bubble wrap, foam, bubble bags, cardboard, and other appropriate protective materials as required.
