Nano-level Edge Passivation Tungsten Steel Cutter Die For Clean Cutting Of Copper And Aluminum Foil
Introduction:
Nano-level edge passivation (R0.03mm) breaks through the bottlenecks of sticking and chipping of traditional SKD11 molds, and achieves ultimate clean cutting with burr height ≤3μm in 0.006mm copper and aluminum foil cutting.
During the processing of lithium batteries, the positive and negative ears of the battery need to be cut. Choosing a tungsten steel ear cutter mold made of hard alloy material can meet better performance requirements. The tungsten steel cutter die is used to precisely process the negative ear cutter punch. The dimensions of the negative ear cutter mold for the Pioneer digital all-in-one machine 1465c5 are as follows:
1. Pioneer negative ear upper cutter, negative ear tungsten steel cutter punch: 40*15-12*13-10*2-R6*8-C0.5;
